February 2013 - Oahu (Honolulu County) Residential Real Estate Sales Activity
Below is the sales activity for the month of February 2013 compared to the previous month and the same month last year. This covers resale homes for Honolulu County (Oahu).
Single Family Homes sales volume has slowed a little over what we saw the past few months. Low inventory levels are making it hard to find the home of your dreams. The average sale price is jumped while median price has satabilized. That is showing that higher end properties are also beginning to sell.
Condos and townhouses despite low inventory levels condo prices and volume are increasing.
